General Conference

What an awesome month its been already!!! Not only do we get an updated Cook Book with all of our best eats but this project helps our young women to pass off a 10 hour project in their Personal Progress books, AND helps them 

to earn money towards this year's Girls Camp.

We are not putting a limit on how many recipes you might wish to share with us, but we are asking the girls to collect a minimum of (3) Appetizers, (3) Main Dishes, and (3) Desert Recipes each.

Recipes can be given to one of our YW directly to type

Recipes can be e-mailed to: temescalcanyonwardyw@gmail.com

or e-mailed to any girl or leader.

O Ye that Embark in the SERVICE OF GOD...

Starting our year off right, serving at the Redlands Temple!  

As you can see from above, our Young Women's theme for the year is found in D&C 4:2.  Service opportunities can be found all around us.  We can show love to family, friends, and our community by being an example of SERVICE.  Ask your girls what it means to "Serve HIM with all your HEART, MIGHT, MIND & STRENGTH"  as we discussed in Sister Guymon's lesson.  

Please encourage, and participate with your Young Woman in her Personal Progress Journey.  You have outstanding Young Women and we feel blessed, as their leaders, to be a part of their lives.  We look forward to an exciting new year!
